Selwyn House Staff Get Active at Bouge Bouge Montréal Souterrain 5km Race

On Sunday, February 11, a lively bunch of 10 staff members didn't hit the snooze button, they tied their sneakers tight and headed to the Bouge Bouge Montréal Souterrain 5km race! This indoor course takes you meandering through metro stations and underground malls and corridors, popping up in beautiful building lobbies at ground level. It was an exciting way to explore some of Montreal's hidden areas and a great way to jumpstart Super Bowl Sunday.
