Gryphon Golf Team Captures Open Title

On September 18 the Gryphon Golf team had an outstanding performance at the GMAA Golf Tournament held at Caughnawaga Golf Club. The team, consisting of Ollie R., Ethan P., Ethan W., and Lucas Z., posted a combined score of 301 to capture the Open team title.

 

Grade 10 student Ethan P. shined, winning gold in the Cadet division with a score of 70 and securing silver in the Open division. Meanwhile, Grade 11 student Ollie R. took home the "Closest to the Pin" award, besting over 100 golfers.

 

This victory follows the Gryphons' dominant win at the Bialik Open at Elmridge Golf Club the previous week. Congratulations to all the players! - Coach Marty Boyle
