Employment Information:
Kyam is a lawyer with 15 years of experience leading strategic intelligence operations, crisis responses and notably, building the national intelligence practice at a Big 4. Kyam is an industry leader, managing digital and human Intelligence operations, financial crime investigations, cyber and digital crisis responses, as well as proactive integrity due diligence, geopolitical intelligence and protective intelligence programs for executives. He’s held successive consultative and investigative roles with team leadership, sales, go-to-market, business development, and demand generation responsibilities. He is a certified private & workplace investigator and trained Crisis Response operator. Throughout his career, he was often embedded with boards and CxOs of global multinational corporations and family offices alike, in their moments of crisis, developing and executing response protocols. Earlier in his career, Kyam worked in a major national law firm and the Canadian Intelligence Community, providing intelligence support to security operations abroad. Notably, Kyam designed and managed a human intelligence network in high-risk/conflict regions to prepare for crises.
