Gold and Silver at the 2024 GMAA Wrestling Championship

On February 15, over 20 Selwyn House School wrestlers participated in the GMAA Wrestling Championship hosted by Howard S. Billings High School. The Gryphon wrestlers competed admirably, with many achieving success throughout the day. Ben W. (103 pounds) and Ethan N. (138 pounds) fought their way through highly competitive weight categories to reach the finals, both earning silver medals in their respective age categories. A special shoutout goes to Gabriel L. (87 pounds), who defeated all other wrestlers in his weight class to claim the gold medal. Congratulations to all our wrestlers!
