Middle School Explores Montreal Through Global Flavours

Around The World Through Montreal is a Middle School club that looks at exploring less popular cuisines here in Montreal. We start by researching a country and their cuisine. Then we go to the restaurant to experience the food. On October 25 we headed to Le Nil Bleu an Ethiopian restaurant located in the Plateau. Students who came loved eating with their hands and couldn’t get enough of flavourful dishes that we experienced.
