Tying Up Bantam Soccer Training

From August 19 to 23, the Bantam Soccer team prepared for the Fall season with a series of ice-breaking challenges. One of the new Grade 7 students was tasked with tying a tie, guided only by verbal instructions from his teammates, who couldn’t physically assist him. If successful, the team would avoid running sprints. Every student at training—all 38 of them—was required to learn each other's names. At the end of each day, a random boy was asked to name everyone. These activities helped the team get to know each other better and continue to strengthen the bonds between the boys. – Coach Matt Held
